Shipping and Returns

By ordering from our online store, you accept the terms of delivery. You can also pick up your order from our pickup warehouse in Toppila, Oulu. If you are under 18, please ask your guardian for permission to place an order. By purchasing age-restricted movies, you confirm your age by placing the order.

RETURNS

↩️ If you want to return a product or if there is a defect, always contact asiakaspalvelu@badrecordstore.fi first to agree on the details of the return/refund.

Products have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was sold. Used products come with a functionality guarantee, and we aim to describe their condition and characteristics as accurately as possible.

Normal wear and tear on a used product is not considered a defect. If the product does not match the description or is incorrect, we will compensate the customer in the manner we deem most appropriate. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for standard returns.

We reserve the right to charge €20.00 for uncollected domestic orders. For international orders €35.00

Used products are covered by a functionality guarantee, and we aim to describe their condition and characteristics as accurately as possible.

SHIPPING IN FINLAND

LETTER €3.99 (1 item: single-disc CDs, movies and cassette tapes)

No tracking. Delivered in 4–7 business days.

POSTI PARCEL €7.90

Delivery time 1–3 business days. The Posti parcel is delivered to your selected/nearest Posti service point or parcel locker. You will receive a text message when the parcel has arrived. For items delivered to a parcel locker, you will receive a notification by text message or email. The message includes a PIN code that you can use to collect your order from your chosen locker. The shipment is stored in the locker for 7 days. Includes tracking.

SMALL PARCEL TO DOOR €6.99

Delivery time 2–6 business days. The Small Parcel is conveniently delivered directly to your mail slot or mailbox with your regular mail. Tracking is also included with Small Parcel.

Checkout automatically suggests Small Parcel only for products that meet the Small Parcel criteria.

POSTNORD PARCEL LOCKER €7.49

Within Finland, PostNord Parcel Locker shipments are delivered to the recipient’s chosen parcel locker within 1–2 business days. Outside Finland, delivery usually takes 2–6 business days. Delivery times to certain locations and countries may be longer.

The recipient receives a notification by text message, email or in the mobile app when the shipment is ready for pickup. With the app, you can track the parcel throughout its journey.

Parcels are stored in the parcel locker for at least 7 days. Storage times vary by country. The arrival notice always includes the last pickup date.

FREE SHIPPING (Posti)

We offer free shipping on orders over €99 to Finland. Valid until further notice; we reserve the right to change the delivery terms.

PICKUP FROM OUR WAREHOUSE (Oulu)

You can pick up your order by selecting "Pick up" as the delivery option at checkout. Pickup is free of charge for the customer. Once we have prepared your order, we will agree on the exact pickup time with you via text message.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates. We aim to process orders placed before 12:00 on business days on the same day. We reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of possible delivery issues. In such cases, we will contact you by email to arrange a refund.

SHIPPING TO EUROPEAN UNION

Matkahuolto Lähellä - Sweden, Baltics (€12,99)

2-5 business days. Including Tracking. The parcel will be delivered for collection to either the pickup point selected by the sender or the nearest pickup location determined based on the recipient’s address. The parcel is stored in service pickup locker in Baltics for 7 days. In service points in Sweden 7 days and Baltics 15 days.
